1. Item must be returned within 30 days after the buyer (You) receives it.
2. For incorrectly or accidentally ordered products, we do not offer exchanges. Instead, we will work with you to help return the product and direct you to the correct product you require.
3. If an item is missing parts or is incomplete, we must be notified within 7 days of you receiving the product.
4. You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.
5. The product needs to be securely packed to ensure it is returned in the original and re-saleable condition.
6. The product/s are NOT opened, used, worn, damaged or marked.
7. All accessories, parts etc that were included with the product must be returned.
8. All returning products must be accompanied by an email confirmation received from Neo Garage Doors, authorising the product return.
9. If you don’t follow our item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a full refund.
10. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
11. Any postage costs incurred when returning an item will not be reimbursed where Neo Garage Doors was not at fault.
12. If Neo Garage Doors was at fault (incorrect item sent, etc) all postage costs will be covered by us. No handling fees apply when Neo Garage Doors is at fault. In all other instances, handling fees will apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.
13. If the item was sent with free postage, a 20% postage fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
14. If the item was sent with paid shipping, the product cost will be refunded. The original postage cost will not be refunded.
15. If a product has sustained damage when being returned due to improper packaging, a revised refund amount will be applied. This is determined on a case-by-case basis, where the revised amount will be the cost of returning a product back to resalable condition.
16. Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business if the goods purchased are faulty, not fit for purpose or don’t match the seller’s description. You can get more information here.
